Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how One Take Wonder Bookkeeping ("the app"), an internal tool used by One Take Wonder Marketing, collects, uses, stores, and protects data accessed through its connection to QuickBooks Online.

Data We Collect

The app connects to QuickBooks Online with read-only access to accounting data, including transactions, accounts, invoices, and customer/vendor records.

How We Use It

Data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is used solely to perform automated transaction categorization and bookkeeping for the business owner.

Storage

Data is processed and stored on the business owner's own systems. It is not hosted by or transmitted to any third-party platform beyond what is required to communicate with QuickBooks Online.

Sharing

We do not sell or share this data with third parties. The only exception is Intuit, as required to access QuickBooks Online through its API.

Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for bookkeeping and tax purposes.
