End-User License Agreement

Effective date: August 18, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of One Take Wonder Bookkeeping ("the app"), an internal tool developed for and used by One Take Wonder Marketing.

License Grant

The app is licensed, not sold, for internal use only by One Take Wonder Marketing and its authorized personnel. No license is granted to distribute, sublicense, or use the app outside of this internal purpose.

As-Is; No Warranty

The app is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall One Take Wonder Marketing or its owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the app.

Termination

This Agreement and the license granted herein terminate automatically if use of the app ceases or if access to QuickBooks Online is revoked.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
